Open Access Policy
The Boletín Epidemiológico Semanal is Open Access, thus providing immediate free access to its content under the principle of making research freely available to the public, which fosters greater global knowledge sharing.
Users are authorized to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full text of the articles in this journal without prior permission from the publisher or author, in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access. Reuse of the works may be made under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license. The Boletín Epidemiológico Semanal follows the recommendations for the implementation of article 37 Open Access Dissemination of the Law on Science, Technology and Innovation:
Authors whose contributions are accepted for publication in the Boletín Epidemiológico Semanal will retain the non-exclusive right to use their contributions for scholarly, research, and educational purposes, including self-archiving or deposit in open access repositories of any kind.
Preferably, the use of the published version of the scientific contributions (editor's post-print version) or, failing that, that of the author's post-print version already evaluated and accepted will be allowed, which will be accessible in open access as soon as possible, since the Boletín Epidemiológico Semanal does not impose any embargo period.
ARTICLE SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION FEES
The Boletín Epidemiológico Semanal does not charge any fees for the submission of papers, nor does it charge any fees for the publication of its articles.
